Take progress pics, use workout logs, and track yourself in the gym. You will find some minor positive changes, but actually they are not minor. You might think that these small changes are not satisfactory, but actually this is how you grow and everyone grows. You have to be patient and love what you are doing, then you will transform without noticing and you will start admiring your body. Stop complaining about your work routine and that you have other responsibilities, you are doing this to have a better shape and health.
