Broccoli & Feta Omelet with Toast
Just heat some pieces of fresh or frozen broccoli for 3 minutes in a nonstick skillet and then add a mixture of egg, dried dill, and feta to the broccoli after it is cooked. You can crumble the feta cheese or grate it for use. use one egg or two eggs depending on your diet. Cook the omelet for 3-4 minutes and then flip it.
