Ingredients

  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup almonds with skins, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons unrefined coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh blackberries
  • 2 cups raspberry yogurt (here's the recipe, just change out strawberry spread for raspberry)

Direction

First you have to get an oven and then preheat it to around 350 Degrees. Then stir the mixture in coconut oil. Now you have to bake the entire mixture for around 20 minutes. After another 10 minutes, stir the mixture and then allow it to dry. In order to improve the taste, you can add some granola, raisins or any other dry fruits. However, don't include any added sweetener, because they are harmful.
