Office Gyms –If your work place offers a gym, then you must be one lucky person and you got no excuses to hit the weights in your gap or before you leave.

Take a Walk – You can talk a walk after your work for some miles and breathe in some fresh air as to keep yourself fit.

Have the mindset of taking things slowly with no rush and aim for little in the beginning. When you find some improvement, start managing your time more professionally and make more time for your training.
