Grab a timer and a yoga mat to get started
Procedure – Do each of the following exercises for 60 seconds with the highest number of reps that you are capable of doing. Do not forget to set the timer before the workout so that do not waste a moment. After that, move to the next exercise immediately until you finish all of the 10 exercises. Then repeat the cycle for 1 to 3 times for a total of 10 to 30 minutes.
