Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sultanas
  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 3 tbsp. honey
  • 1/4 cup bran, unprocessed
  • 2 tbsp. pumpkin or pepita seeds
  • 1/4 cup Craisons or cranberries
  • 50g butter
  • 1 tbsp. sunflower kernels
Method
  • -Pick a non-stick slice pan and spray it.
  • -In a mixing bowl add all dry the ingredients and mix.
  • -Heat butter and honey on low temperatures or in the microwave until all is well incorporated and mix with the dry ingredients until well mixed.
  • -Spread out into your slice pan uniformly and place it in the fridge for some time.
  • -Cautiously slice with a knife; this is due to its delicate nature, and remember to keep it in the fridge
